What data we process

Account: email, encrypted password or Google/Apple identifier, and sign-up date.

Content: the descriptions you write, the material you upload (audio extracted from your voice or video, its transcript, images and your product URL) and the generated videos.

Payment: subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.

Technical: usage and error logs, and aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics.

Why and on what legal basis

Providing the service (creating your account, generating your videos, charging the subscription and supporting you): performance of the contract.

Invoicing and tax obligations: legal obligation.

Security, preventing abuse of the free video and improving the service with aggregated statistics: legitimate interest.

Emails about your account and Kinético features you may find useful: legitimate interest as a customer. You can unsubscribe from any email or by writing to us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. The following providers process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

Web hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA). Database, authentication and storage: Supabase (EU servers). Payments: Stripe. Email delivery: Resend (USA).

Artificial intelligence model and speech transcription providers (USA), which process your descriptions and material only to generate your video and do not use them to train their models.

Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long

For as long as you keep your account. If you close it, we delete your material and videos within 30 days. Billing data is kept for as long as the law requires (up to 6 years).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to soporte@kinetico.video. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
